What Are the Warranty Terms for Elite Screens?

A 1-year industry-standard warranty covers all Elite Screens products.
Meanwhile, first retail purchasers in the US and Canada can claim a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship.
Under the Elite’s ENR-G® program, purchases made by Educational, Non-profit, Religious, or Government/Military organizations can extend their existing 2-year warranty to 3 years.
To qualify for the ENR-G® program, make the purchase under the ENRG name and ship to the ENRG address. After completing the order, email Elite Screens at [email protected] to extend your warranty.
Refurbished Elite Screens have a 90-day parts and labor warranty, while Demo/open-box units are “as-is” items and do not have a warranty. Meanwhile, selected Elite Screen models are covered by a 2-year, 3-year premium, or a limited lifetime warranty.
All Elite screen customers are eligible for Lifetime Tech Support by the Elite Screens Professional Service Team through chat or email.
