What Are the Warranty Terms for Elite Screens?

Meanwhile, first retail purchasers in the US and Canada can claim a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship.
Under the Elite’s ENR-G® program, purchases made by Educational, Non-profit, Religious, or Government/Military organizations can extend their existing 2-year warranty to 3 years.
To qualify for the ENR-G® program, make the purchase under the ENRG name and ship to the ENRG address. After completing the order, email Elite Screens at [email protected] to extend your warranty.
Refurbished Elite Screens have a 90-day parts and labor warranty, while Demo/open-box units are “as-is” items and do not have a warranty. Meanwhile, selected Elite Screen models are covered by a 2-year, 3-year premium, or a limited lifetime warranty.
All Elite screen customers are eligible for Lifetime Tech Support by the Elite Screens Professional Service Team through chat or email.

How Do I Claim My Elite Screen Warranty?
To claim your Elite screen warranty for repairs or product replacement, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through the Warranty Support Request Form.
Customers also need to present the following to be issued an RMA number:
- Proof of purchase from an authorized Elite dealer or retailer
- Product serial number
Keep in mind that RMA numbers are only valid for 45 days upon issue. You need to include the RMA number on the outside label of your shipping box.
